As a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and reclaiming a better relationship with food. I offer virtual nutrition counseling sessions and assessments that are rooted in empathy, support, and collaboration. First Session
The nutrition assessment is a key part of understanding your individual needs and creating a nutrition plan that supports you and your goals. During this comprehensive virtual session, I’ll gather important information about your eating habits, nutritional status, and any physical or emotional challenges related to food.
The assessment includes:

In our virtual nutrition counseling sessions, you’ll have the space to discuss your journey and your unique experiences. I’m here to listen, learn, and understand what you’ve been through, without judgment. We will work together to define your goals, whether they’re related to nutrition, body image, meal planning, or improving your relationship with food.
